I hope that theres a "generator: Check" in there to keep your beef frozen in case the power goes out long-term.

need gas with that generator ;) (I think we have enough for a couple weeks). I keep thinking we need to make jerky out of the 4 deer our sons shot a couple weeks ago, but it’s hard to do a lot at a time in the humidity of Houston!
