Blacks & Hispanics weren't the answer. Whites elected Obama and it's the only way he could possibly get reelected.
He will have to forestall reparations until or if he has a 2nd term, as reparations in the 1st term will kill a 2nd term.

The U.S. standard of living will be inferior to Mexico's so the Hispanics may not stay here to give THE ONE the necessary votes.
