We need a Henry Bowman. Who is he? Where is he? Does he still exist in America today?
The thing about Henry Bowman was
- he had no dependents
- he was moderately wealthy (financially independent if he so chose)
- he had already suffered the worst a man could
- he had done the worst a man could
- he crossed the line by accident, not choice
- he had all the resources he needed.
In other words: forced to act, he had nothing to lose, and had been-there-done-that.
Few of us are mentally prepared that way. We will not choose to do that which would cost us too much.
...and THAT is why the Left can now steamroll us: we believe we have too much to lose.
It is not time for me to take the 20mm Solothurn out of storage yet. But Henry Bowman still exists. He operates in what we used to call "dispersed operating locations."
I am still trying to get people to think beyond the guns and the ammo box. Nothing wrong with either of them, but we all have to have our plans in place. Most people still don't have a plan... I'm actually going to be on local radio in Nashville from 11.00-12.00H central time this Saturday talking about having a plan in place, and knowing when to put it in to action. Not to be labeled as a seditionist, I am going to cover it from the "disaster preparedness" standpoint, but include personal and home defense.
I've written about this in previous posts since late September... I am trying to do what I can to bolster others' abilities before those abilities are needed.
