The problem is you can’t get recourse most of the time because no one in the legal system will come to bat.
Yep, the court is stuffed with big lefties in most cases, or at least they are BIG GOVERNMENT, WE WANT “FAIRNESS” type of activist judges. Hard to get a victory in this country if you’re a conservative. Even voters that vote for conservative initiatives get smacked down by the courts (watch what happens to prop 8).
This type of system cannot hold up too much longer.
