I’m sure that there are Republican officials who believe that they’re protecting the Constitution by not meddling in the power of the states to run their own elections, but as we all know, perception is everything. In the public eye the failure of the RNC and the US Attorney General to get involved in this sends the message, “hey folks, we do the same thing in our ‘safe’ districts and states”.

I know a Franken victory is one more step toward a senate super majority. However, I think we have much more to gain by having this nut case ass clown run around the senate with a D next to his name

Don't buy it at all. His presence in the Senate will just make it easier for other clowns to get elected.

We didn't GAIN a thing when Republicans stayed at home in 2006 except BLAME for a bad economy that led to the loss of the Presidency and the increase of Democrats in both the House and probably a 60 seat filibuster proof majority in the Senate.

That is a recipe for disaster not a POSITIVE for the GOP.
