The army still bars women from serving in combat infantry units.
But, don’t worry. I’m sure these Feminist dreams will come true and women will be placed in combat units and women will be drafted real soon - just like men.
You should read my tag line - you’ll like it.
Nah, i generally don't like stupidity.
And your point is?
But, dont worry. Im sure these Feminist dreams will come true and women will be placed in combat units and women will be drafted real soon - just like men.
Well, seeing as we don't have a draft these days, and aren't likely to have one in the future, why even bother talking about this?
As to women in combat units, that's a decision to be made down the road, but I have no idea why you want to bring it up.
I'm sure that you can defend yourself quite nicely. ;-)
Thank you.
And now I'm off to the shooting range to hone my marksmanship.
What!?! Shouldn't you be fixing someone lunch instead? ;-p
Because you posted this: What Kind of Nation Sends Women into Combat? One that allows women the choice of deciding whether or not they want to help protect their country.
Well, seeing as we don't have a draft these days, and aren't likely to have one in the future, why even bother talking about this?
Because you believe that women are warriors, the same as men. Women are obviously not considered warriors by our civilian and military authorities because women are not allowed in combat and women are not required to register for the draft like men.
It confirms my point that women are not warriors or leaders of men.
I still have no idea what your response had to do with my post. Oh, well.
Because you believe that women are warriors, the same as men.
I don't believe that all women "are warriors, the same as men." Some women are warriors (and some men are not). Men and women aren't the same. Do you enhoy arguing against strawmen? Based on the drubbing you've been receiving on this thread, it seems like that's the only type of opponent you're qualified to face.
Women are obviously not considered warriors by our civilian and military authorities because women are not allowed in combat and women are not required to register for the draft like men.
So, are you arguing in favor of letting women into combat units or the draft? What are you trying to say here?
It confirms my point that women are not warriors or leaders of men.
It confirms that, on top of the logical fallacy of the strawman, you are also a fan of the fallacy of the circular argument.
LOL.
That's funny. The military spends an inordinate amount of resources training females in basic combat training and pre-deployment combat tasks for people that aren't supposed to be operating in combat roles. Why is that, do you think? It's also alarming that females are earning Purple Hearts, Air Medals, Distinguished Flying Crosses, Bronze and Silver Stars for actions in combat. So, they were either engaged in combat or someone is committing fraud by giving away unearned medals. Perhaps you should do an expose on all of this- you know, bring it to light that the military is wasting taxpayer dollars, defying policy and purposefully demeaning womanhood, et al...Knock yourself out.
You got that right.
LOL! alrighty then...
No kidding ....she or he is a bore. Take care over there!
Sorry about the double post...that was meant for you.
don’t bother.....she’s nuts!
