We all know this is the reason the libs hate Sarah so much. Abortion is the first and foremost sacrament of liberalism.

They all know it too. That's why they booed and walked out. It was too close to home.

I watched Sarah Palin speak about abortion and feminism last night in her interview with Greta Van Susteren, and I thought, "Here is a woman who might actually be able to bring us together on this divisive issue." We will never be able to end or outlaw all abortions in this country, but we can chip away at the Culture of Death by helping people to not be afraid to embrace life. We need to affirm motherhood as a powerful and beautiful thing that should be embraced. Abortion is the opposite of motherhood in every way. It is destructive and weak. If Sarah Palin symbolizes anything it is motherhood in all its strength, compassion, and inherent leadership. It's not for nothing that she described her role as Alaska's governor in her inaugural address thus: "I will unambiguously, steadfastly, and doggedly guard the interests of this great state as a mother naturally guards her own, like a nanook defending her cub."

A shining light in the wilderness , let’s hope she’s there for us in 2012
