Hey, I heard the $40/hour is TAX FREE, which means an 18 year old kid would be getting like..SEVENTY DOLLARS PER HOUR.
That's a $140K/year job for raking leaves and cleaning up trash.
Certainly not a bad gig if you can get it!

Isn’t that a hoot???
Most workers in the USA have never and will never make $40/hour.
Teenagers aren’t worth $4/hour that I have ever encountered.
