What would the ramifications be if he was somehow (miraculously) declared inelligble before January?

Would there be another election then?

President Biden would be my guess....not great but likely a natural born American.

The Electors can elect anyone they want. I suspect Biden would become President. The Vice Presidency would remain vacant, to be filled under the provisions of the 25th Amendment. Or, the Electors could elect someone else Vice President, perhaps Hillary.

The electors are only pledged, they can vote for anyone they choose. Should 0bama be declared ineligible, they could vote for anyone, Biden, Hildabeast, McCain, Palin.
