One term is all he needs to store all our nations secrets.

Peggy Noonan wrote an article about Bill Clinton in his first year with almost exactly the same title. Let’s hope this guy has more insight than she did.

"The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even in one term."

I guess it is all about Hope.

James Carville got it right when he said, “It’s the economy, stupid.” In two years we could see 8-10% unemployment and the repeal of the Bush tax cuts. I think then people will wise up.

BO’s power will be gone in 2 years. The off year elections will reflect his economic miracle and that will be that.

Predictions about reelection before anybody takes office are foolish. Maybe he’ll be turned out as voters wake up to the dangers of this stupid leftist ideology. Maybe he, and his hand picked successors, will rule for decades on the votes of new immigrants and newly minted tax consumers.

Terms? If O gets his way there will be no such a thing.

One term is enough for the “One”. No more elections.

Marxist agendas do not include the option of being voted out of office.

Maybe his place of birth will be exposed before January 20th. Tin foil hat here.

Maybe he should start his first term before people start making assumptions about his last term. And all of this depends on fair and clean elections. Which I think are a thing of the past.

The clock is definitely ticking on Obama’s watch and the people will soon run out of patience.

It would appear that there is plenty of irrational exuberance to go around. Good grief, he hasn’t even taken office yet. Give it a rest for a few minutes.

Obama’s election is often compared to that of Ronald Reagan’s in 1980. Both gentlemen were voted in to fix an ailing economy. But the 1982 recession took a huge chunk out of the Gipper’s popularity. He had just a 35 percent job approval rating at the start of 1983

Yeah and Ronnie had a press doing it’s very best to make sure he didn’t get elected again, the opposite will hold true for Obama. It’s going to have to be VERY VERY bad for people to out this guy IMO.

One elected term. I have a feeling he'd like to dispense with these unnecessary elections after a year or so.

BHO has the entire news media and people like Chrissy Matthews behind him all the way, ready to ignore every negative news associated with this new administration. It will be difficult to overcome this kind of inherent bias, but never hard to identify.

Don’t be fooled by Obama’s advisors saying they fear the 2010 elections. They may want to get a republican congress so he can blame it on them. This would help Obama get a second term. I do think Obama likes campaigning more than actually working, which is what he will have to do now.
