No doubt Justice Souter dismissed the case based on a loophole found within Albanian common law as well as the oral traditions of the Thai Karen. Hopefully, Justice Thomas will clear up things using something called the US Constitution.

Bad set-up. Justice Thomas gets to play the heavy against a Bro. I am absolutely sure he will uphold the law to the letter, but, once again, he gets all of the bad press. I think he's man enough to do it. But, I feel for him. Maybe that's why G-d put him on the Court.

Actually, he should demand to see the certificate in camera. If Obama is eligible to serve, dismiss the case and keep his lineage a secret. If not, take the case and preserve the Constitution.

Pray for Justice Thomas. An honorable man.
