"And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond the sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens." -Naturalization Act of 1790. The Constitution says nothing about dual citizenship and US law does not give a damn what some other country says you or I are to them.

The reason the courts aren't giving any of these cases the time of day is because there is no case. His mother was American, ergo he is American. He has lived in the country 14 years. He is 35+y.o. He is eligible. No amount of CAPITAL LETTERS is going to change the fact that we lost, and in a few weeks Obama will be the POTUS.

BTW, Obama is also not an Arab, and he personally has never publicly claimed to be a muslim (yes I know muslims think he is one because his father was). So, the more nutter you act both here on FR and in R/L the more you can expect RINOs to run the party and socialists to run the country.

The more people we can keep out of straight jackets the greater chance we have of taking our country back.

Oh yes, he did. He slipped and mentioned "my Muslim faith" on ABC News to George Stephanopulous. George corrected him, "you mean your Christian faith."

Even if he converted to Christianity, to Muslims he would be considered a heretic and apostate. To Christians he is already that due to his proabortion stance.

What a wonderful way of presenting your argument. Call your opponents nut cases and deserving of straight-jackets. Mirror-theory applies in this case.

Just a suggestion — it is not unreasonable to claim that Obama is a muslim. You may not agree, but the claim that he is, or may be, one is backed by enough evidence to make it a reasonable claim.

The same thing applies to the claim that he is not natural born. What that term in the US Constitution means has never been completely determined. It is clear it would apply to to some born in the US both of whom’s whose parents at the time of birth were US citizens of unrenounced citizenship. It is clear that someone born outside the US of parents who are not US citizens would not be a natural born citizen.

Nor does the 1790 law make that much clearer. Why? Because it references born to “citizens”. Plural of a citizen. Two or more. Does that mean both parents or does it mean all citizens as a class, and then that just one parent is a citizen? Not completely clear. REASONABLE to hold that it means both.

Be fair to your opponents and you’ll make more headway.

His mother was American, ergo he is American.

The law is his mother had to be 19. She was 18.
