Can somebody alert Rush Limbaugh? Justice Thomas is a friend. He performed Rush’s marriage ceremony. This entire thing is unconscionable! I work in a county courthouse in the office which holds all of the civil and criminal records. (Prothonotary & Clerk of Courts office). NOBODY in our office is allowed to have a say in what gets put on the docket and what does not! The filings come in, and they are entered on the docket immediately! An employee who willfully withholds a filing would get fired!
I am a lowly records manager, so I don’t know much about how the law works, but this Bickell is intentionally interfering with the process of law. He should be arrested!
