Money orders and the APCs are about 99% of my USPS activity. If it is really important, it goes by UPS.

Maybe not so good for free email in the future either. They would love to get a nickle tax on each email sent.

I don't know about the other classes of mail, but the one ounce first class (now 42 cents) has matched inflation since the 1970s. It's just too bad that they increase a penny or two every year instead of just picking a multiple of five cents and keeping it for a few years.
