Obamanation wants to cut the military by 25%. Now that Russia is rebuilding theirs. Bad planning. What kind of message does that send to Russia? Well, if I were Putin, who is really in charge there, I would get ready to use tactical nukes on selected targets on the US, knowing that Obamanation will not retaliate. He would eliminate the US power forever
