1. Is it Constitutional and a proper function of government?
2. Is it morally right?
3. Is it something we need?
4. Can we afford it?

Congress needs to look over existing laws and toss a ton of them out.
Boy, we need people in congress that can ask that question.

Very little of what Congress does even passes one of these criteria!
1. Is it Constitutional? What? Since when did any national politician refer to the Constitution? Seriously though I like it. I email both my Senators and Representative all the time telling them they need to start following the Constitution. Perhaps I shall send them each a copy.
