Steele is a good man. I’ve met him several times. I don’t think he’s in Gingrich’s league in terms of vision and leadership. What we need now is leadership, vision, and strategy. Not to say that Steele wouldn’t be up to the job, but I think Gingrich would do a much better job.

The media might like Steele better, but pleasing the media got us McCain, and look how far that got the party.

And for all of those who say “Gingrich believes in global warming”, Steele is anti-capital punishment. So neither of them is perfect.

I’m all for firing up ole sparky. But, if those are the two criteria. I’ll take Steele. Bowing to global warming whackos will cost us more money than housing death-rowe residents.
