There could be an upside to having the Bucktoothed Psychopath in the Senate cloakroom.

The only 'upside' is the state of Minnesota, if I'm tracking with you correctly.

What I’m hoping is that a Franken in the Senate will turn into an uncontrollable loose cannon like Moran and Miller in the House.
