I am probably in the minority here but I don’t think that this guy is going to send people to camps, or start a draft, or start rounding people up, or is preparing a final solution to kill Christians and Jews as somebody was suggesting the other day.

I think he is a sleazy, inexperienced Chicago politician with a track record of hanging around with lowlife race baiters and Marxist types as well as the terrorist Ayers.

We need to put the tinfoil back in the shelf where it belongs and start gearing up to fight this guy on the real BS we will probably see being pushed by his admin (economic trainwreck policies, WOT, a push for a new AWB and other gungrabbing, Gitmo, fairness doctrine, judges,abortion issues, etc)

The tinfoil hats had their fun the past year and did a great job of diverting attention away from the real issues about this guy and instead we ended up with nonstop BREAKING MEWS BARACK OBAMA IS NOT BARACK OBAMA ZOMG INTERNET!!111 TRASH.

Or have his minions dig up and publicly release all his private records - as happened to Joe the Plumber. Or have his minions set up websites to make sh*t up about his critics - as happened to Larry Sinclair. Or threaten media outlets not to run critical ads or risk FEC wrath - as the Obama campaign did multiple times during the campaign. Or have goons interfere with a radio program that features a National Review writer talking about Bill Ayers - as happened multiple times. Or use the “race card” to stifle dissent - as was a constant in the Obama campaign. Or hide the extent of past associations, State senate records, birth records, college transcripts, college classes taken, college thesis, travel records, etc etc in order to manufacture a different past to win an election.

I’m not worried about being “rounded up”. I’m worried about all the other tools this marxist tool can use and has used.

I agree with you, and i think the “red scare” stuff is politically stupid.

On the other hand, there is a real issue. As i asked “The_Republican”, what is it that Obama’s national Security Force is supposed to do that is not covered by the following: FBI, INS, ATF, Transport Security, Customs and border, Citizenship and Immigration Enforcement, Customs Enforcement, Secret Service, Coast Guard, state, local and county police and sherifs etc. etc. etc...?

I think that is a very accurate description. We don't need to start acting like a bunch of nut jobs. We need to get back to the fundamentals of conservatism. We need to develop winning strategies.

I agree, I think he'll raise taxes on the producers of wealth significantly, to give to non-working voters ACORN will sign up, and use laws and regulations to stifle dissent (talk radio and us), plus institute Marxist global policies of “peace” and “disarmament”.

In the process of stifling dissent, he'll try to disarm us and continue the Bush BATFE policies of eliminating every energetic chemical from public commerce.

He'll try for Federal laws expanding eligibility of voters while undermining efforts to identify said voters.

I also think he'll appoint dedicated Marxists to every level of federal government, and direct money to state campaigns to do the same. Every major public institution will get its cadre.

He'll continue the Truth Squads, and beef them up, so that dissenters get grief from volunteers that will come out of nowhere.

But put people in camps? No, not in two terms. But if properly done (the slow, get-them-to-accept-and-ask-for-change Alinsky way) camps won't be needed.

FDR started camps for workers. Some where segregated by sex. Men in one, women in another. It was called the CCC.

And Obama's CoS Emmanuel has written a book where he advocated a draft of sorts-- mandatory civilian service. Obama has spoken of a civil military arm. Weird -- brown short type thing at worst, at best like Sliwa's Guardian Angels.
