Even if he wanted to run as VP he could not have served as Pres if McCain dropped dead on Jan 31, 09, he is too young. 2012 is a different story.

Jindal is 37; Constitution requires 35. He’s not too young.

No, he’s 37 now, he would have been able to serve. The Constitutional age requirement is 35.

Because no one who is not eligible to run as President, can run as VP.
