I’d actually lime to see Obama nominate her for AG. I’d love to hear her responses to the Fannis Mae scandal where she cooked the books in irder to receive a fat bonus. All we need is a Republican member of the Judiciary committee to grow a set.
1) The Dems would not allow thorough questioning and would shut it down procedurally.
2) The Rep members would be told "You want any earmarks over the next 4 years? You want ANY legislation you support to see the light of day? Then smile and STFU and rubberstamp this appointment"

If anyone expects the Pubs in Washington to slow down the runaway socialist freight train that's bearing down on us at full steam they're in for a big disappointment. By this time next year we will be longing for the good old Clinton days.
You said it...It would be interesting to see if any, just one republican, if there are any on the committee that has the task of interviewing her for confirmation, has the guts to even bring this up. If not, then we out here in fly over land will see just what is ahead..and that we have no leaders in position now. Time to think about leaving the country of our birth for one oh like Australia where they will call a spade a spade.
