As he prepares to take office, President-elect Barack Obama is relying on a small team of advisers who will lead his transition operation and help choose the members of a new Obama administration. Following is part of a series of profiles of potential members of the administration.
Name: Jamie Gorelick
Being considered for: Attorney general
Would bring to the job: A wide-ranging Washington résumé that spans corporate, legal and national security affairs. Ms. Gorelick (pronounced Guh-REH-lick) was the No. 2 official at the Justice Department in the Clinton administration, from 1994 to 1997, and if chosen would be the second woman to be named attorney general, following her former boss, Janet Reno. Ms. Gorelick would also bring corporate experience to an Obama administration at a time of financial crisis

Fresh face, right. The gal who put up the wall between our foreign and domestic intelligence agencies. The gal who wants to prosecute terrorists instead of actually get info out of them. The gal who’ll probably let them sue us for detaining them from their missions.
Yup, change is getting a ex-Clinton hack a better job. Real groundbreaking.
Nightmares normally end when you wake up, but thanks to Democrat expertise at vote fraud techniques this one will last for 8 years.
If we're lucky that is, I strongly suspect that Comrade HUSSEIN has people working on a plan to get that that bothersome 22nd Amendment thingy out of his way one way or another. Long live the Banana Republic of Socialist America and it's Glorious Leader for Life.
In theory it was pro-bono.

Wow...Clinton did get a third term.
Hasn’t this woman already done enough to destroy America and the Constitution?
Not to mention more than three thousand people slaughtered in the 9/11 attacks made possible by her leftist/socialist hate-America agenda.
Doesn't Kiss start with a K?
If I was a U.S. Senator... if this Gorelick human unit came up for confirmation vote, I would talk until the End of Days - she would NOT be confirmed on my watch.
Last I heard the RATS didn't hit 58 yet (with Sanders & Lieberman making the 60 they need). As to McCain - he is on my 'ignore' list. As far as I'm concerned he doesn't exist anymore.
And IMO Gorelick will never be outed for anything. Her criminality with Fannie will be buried by the MSM. PLUS she'll put that fricken 'wall' back in place or even strengthen/expand it.
This sounds very bad for our country.
This is part of what we would have feared as bad starting news from Hillary Clinton in office.
What is next, Sandy Berger for Homeland Security Director?
Let ‘Fox’ hear. . .
No, it won't.
Frankly, I guess I should have put the \sarc after my last comment because there isn’t any Pubbie in Congress with a set anyway. I am so disturbed that my party has become nothing more than a bunch of weak-kneed types that would rather grovel at the feet of the Dems than fight for our ideals. It goes on even after the election with the finger-pointing of the campaign towards Palin. Regardless of what you think of her as a candidate, it was refreshing to hear someone call out the Dems for a change. And if it weren’t for the MSM carrying their water, most of them would still be hiding at the sound of her name.
What in God’s name has happened to our party?
Totally predicted at the thread below. Who listened to reason?

They are well aware and they are making conscious editorial decisions to guarantee continued access to the BO Administration. Make no mistake, you will see the tone change, incrementally at Fox. Ask yourself this, where is Michael Reagan, Where is Tom McInerney, Where is Ollie North...All three MIA as Fox News Contributors...
They will continue to ignore Gorelick...maybe Hannity won’t but he isn’t taken seriously as a news man, just a pundit.
A “The Media Turned A Blind Eye To Her Actions” BUMP!
At Justice: Decisions led to 911
At Fannie Mae: Decisions led to Economic meltdown
I’d like a “change” that doesn’t bring back this Jonah!
Oops! I guess I was really pizzed at the time.
