You are wrong. I have done many IPOs. IF your READ before POSTING you would have notice that I said the the amounts need to be disclosed and as far as I can tell we have yet to see a private company get the money. BTW, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc, are PUBLIC companies and need to disclose. That is my point. Gessh. You are dense.
