We may very well be going quietly.....
Right now I expect that the RATS are talking about how to shutdown FR and leave KOS and DU up.
KOS and DU will know in advance what the deal will be (the details will be buried in a mammoth document or slipped in at the last minute) on fairness and neutrality, and Jim Robinson & FR won’t know anything... until it’s too late.
We will have violated some tenet of this doctrine and it’s lights out.
