There is much truth in that statement. I have it on good authority that the disdain that leaders have for the US is for public consumption. Secretly they want America to be very strong and assertive. The smart people know that they can trust the US when the chips are down. There is no downside to bashing the US so they do it for political reasons. Secretly the leaders and smart people of Europe are terrified and worried sick about Obama. They cannot believe the American public could be so stupid. They do not know what to make of what just happened. Don't let the Media fool you these guys in Europe and elsewhere are worried sick. The only people who are really happy are our adversaries.
