He isn’t the President yet, in fact he isn’t officially the President-elect yet, not until the electoral college votes him in with 270 or more votes. But there is a problem, the SCOTUS told him to produce a valid COLB by Dec. 1, if he can’t the electors can’t legally vote for him! Don’t count your chickens before they hatch as they say!
Actually, they didn’t. He just has to respond to the request for Cert. So he has to file responsive pleadings by Dec 1. Doesn’t have to include his BC. At least that’s the one order I saw. If you’ve got a link to another (the actual order) I’d love to see it.
