It’s all a little ominous-sounding; however, I’ve been thinking about it, and, let’s face it, this guy’s gonna be inheriting an administration that’s already up to its neck in debt, and he wants to instigate all these enormously expensive social programs? Sure, you can raise taxes for a quick fix, but that runs down the economy after a while, and you can only get so much from the well before the bucket comes up less and less full. And let’s not forget that the economy’s pretty much in the tank at the moment; he has to fix that, too.

Plus, he’ll have his hands pretty full with all the international stuff and a major terrorist threat, plus he has to do something about Iraq and Afghanistan.

I think he’s a guy who loves the sound of his own voice, but once he gets in there and actually has to do something for a change, he’ll find out what reality tastes like.

And, on top of all that, there’s always the wild card of an unforseen, major crisis arising, such as Joe Biden predicted.

I have a distinct feeling that he’s gonna be kept pretty busy just doing all the endless stuff all presidents have to do, plus the stuff that’s on the president’s plate right now, plus the new, and urgent, stuff that comes along. He may not have as much time for creating all these fancy-sounding and radical programs as he now imagines. Let’s hope so, anyway.

He's just a puppet. He'll sit on a very comfortable shelf until he's needed for The Show.
