Seems like Utah’s Governor needs to excercise some executive power of it’s own, a preemptive strike, with a states rights case ALL ready to go. I do belive it would be in Utah Gov Huntsman's best interest to end run BHO and develop his state's 1,700,000,000,000 bbls of oil frozen in oil shale.
That's right, 1,700,000,000,000 bbls of oil reserves are more than are in Saudi Arabia by a factor of 6x.
