You are absolutely correct...She will be on the Supreme Court...The Pumas have an inkling about that too, that’s why they stabbed McCain/Palin in the back.

I’ll miss her as my senator. That’ll leave me with Chuck U and whatever carpetbagger the Dems designate as her replacement. Probably another Kennedy. I love NY.

I don't think Obama is worried about her running against him in the 2012 primaries, so he doesn't need to remove her as a political threat. If he gets a chance to pick a Supreme Court justice (which is very likely) i would expect him to pick someone much younger, further to the left than Hillary, and someone who can be touted for his or her "transformative" qualities (first Hispanic, first Asian, first black woman, first openly homosexual, whatever).

Hillary is far less qualified to sit on the Supreme Court than Harriet Miers, and has a lot more skeletons in her closet (not that the confirmation hearings would delve into any of her scandals).
