So if you’re laid off a day before the election, you can’t vote?
Let’s say worked at some point of time before... You should have been on the “giving side” at least once... not only on the “receiving end”.
I would suggest, that if you are on welfare, or any form of public assistance you don’t get a full vote. (.25 .50 .75 vote, maybe)
