According to a post on another site (with a link to the USSC site) Justice Souter has ordered Obama to produce his BC to the Supreme Court by Dec. 1. This is apparently a part of the Phillip Berg lawsuit.
The Supremes seldom tell us why they do things the way they do so we have to do some guessing here.
Berg petitioned the SC to postpone the election: That was denied but he also petitioned them to verify Obama’s citizenship and they are working on that now.
Folks, if they find that he is not legally qualified to be President we are in for some “interesting” times. Prepare yourselves accordingly.
