Unfortunately, he doesn't. He ordered the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December 1. That is all. I don't know where she is getting her last line "At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond. from. They don't have to produce a BC. They just have to reply to the standing argument - that is what the case was dismissed on and if Berg made any arguments concerning judicial error ( I don't know if he did. He should have , considering the last paragraph of the ruling where the judge basically used a political argument instead of a legal one for part of the basis of his decision ) They will probably use the same argument they used in the lower court. Hopefully, this court won't buy it.
