This is nonsense. BHO is a citizen. Mods, obviously you wield the power in these situations, but imho things like this make conservatives look like kooks.

BHO is a bad choice for the Presidency for a cavalcade of reasons, but “not being a citizen” isn’t one of them. C’mon.

Astonishingly, the judge agreed, simply saying, “[Mr. Berg] would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory.”...And the judge would have us derail the rule of law - very strange for someone in the judicial branch - by essentially validating mob rule - as long as you have big numbers, the law doesn't matter......
