"President-elect Obama heard our position," Franklin Graham told the news service. "And I told him that this was very difficult for us and hard for us. It's a moral issue that we just can't back down on." NEVER back down!

This is one issue that really upsets me, how could so many Catholics turn their backs on the unborn? Thank God Billy Graham has the courage to state his convictions.

Excellent decision,Rev Graham. Not that an atheist like Osama would have listened to a word you said.
To: wagglebee
Funny that the “word” comes from Franklin and not Billy himself. I seriously doubt Dr. Graham would do that and would be working with Obama if nothing more than to soften his heart.

I heard Franklin Graham say that Obama was scheduled to meet his father when Obama was in Ashville preparing for the debate. He said Billy Graham had to cancel for health reasons. That was on WBT radio this morning.

Good on the Reverends Graham. But I don’t think B. Hussein Obama is really interested in what a Christian minister says.

Repenting of your Clinton years, Billy? Funny you’d find BO problematic but still refer to the Clintons as your friends and socialize with them - even to the extent of accepting their sham claims of Christianity.

Hussein is a killer of the defenseless and voiceless. He will pay the price for his support of such an evil and barbaric practice.

So where were the Grahams during the campaign? I know many Billy Graham followers who are Bama supporters, so I guess this was only a closed door operation.
