I’ve always assumed the banned could “see” FreeRepublic, but just couldn’t post or reply. Do you know?
I thought so too, but couldn’t understand why all the other favorites of mine loaded just fine, but FR kept timing out. Last night I was able to get on and found out that it was down during the day for a lot of people. If you read the comments in the thread, there is a link which is a back up I guess, that you can bookmark.
I always try to be respectful with others and in my comments. I was just angry and allowed myself a bit of a temper tantrum.
I know that FR is not the daily Kos, thank God, but I have seen some bad language here. I just try not to use it myself. I’m very glad I wasn’t banned. I just found this place a few months ago and I really enjoy it. The people are thoughtful, smart and great Americans.
