In a perfect world this would be true.
If Unions were actually good, people would be joining them and there would be no need to get rid of the secret ballot.
As Unions suck, they have finally financed into place the machinery to get rid of the secret ballot and force union membership on honest people thru intimidation.
If a Union is stupid enough to try and organize my company thru intimidation, well, I may just be in fear for my life and introduce them to Mr Magnum.
Well Unions are evil and as VVV said if they were not, Unions would not have to coerce employees to join...duh!
Ask anyone under 30 from Michigan how they feel about Unions, they probally will utter language that would be un printible
