I though the system for unionizing was pretty fair as is. This act would eliminate the secret ballot, and remove the NLRB from the process. This seems like it really exposes the potential union member to harassment. Anybody no what's going on here?

The main goal is to force the successful auto makers, Toyota, Nissan, to unionize. And to force Walmart to do the same.
