They're going to adopt the UN Convention on the Rights of a Child and then they're going to make homeschooling illegal. Check out ParentalRights.org .

Under the UNCRC, instead of following due process, government agencies would have the power to override your parental choices at their whim because they determine what is in "the best interest of the child."

In essence, the UNCRC applies the legal status of abusive parents to all parents. This means that the burden of proof falls on the parent to prove to the State that they are good parents—when it should fall upon the State to prove that their investigation is not without cause.

Personally, I'm just praying for my family to be out of the country by then.

Yes, homeschooling will most likely be outlawed, your parental rights be damned, and I’m saying this as someone who feels only about 25% of parents have any business teaching. While the public schools aren’t doing as well as they should be, it’s a stretch to call sending a child there child abuse. My public school experience was positive and didn’t leave me a brainwashed liberal.
