McCain was Bob Dole with a decent running mate.

McCain was Bob Dole with a decent running mate.

Spot on. Best summary of the election yet.

You nailed it. I refused to vote for Dole. Probably would have voted for McCain but think Palin kept him in game.

The media frenzy to discredit Palin had an effect on many voters - many Americans do not realize how untruthful the MSM has become.

"McCain was Bob Dole with a decent running mate."

Exactly.

A Romney/Palin ticket would have won and set Palin up for 2016.

McCain was Bob Dole but without Dole’s “dynamic charisma”.

McCain was Bob Dole with a decent running mate.

Coulter said the GOP ran "Caligula's Horse", LOL!

Sarah Palin was the closest to a Conservative cadidate on the ticket, and a vast majority of the ENTIRE electorate responded favorably.

“McCain was Bob Dole with a decent running mate.”

Sen. Dole never blamed his VP for his campaign loss. He's a true gentleman with character.
McCain is proving himself to be a sore loser.

I think there are some guys who would never vote for a female for President or VP. On both sides of the aisle.

C’mon now, you didn’t need to insult Dole like that...

Come on! That’s unfair. He was not as bad as Dole. No one is that bad.
