This tells me she could potentially win the primary, only to be trounced in the general. Unfair, but that’s just the way it is, as Bruce Hornsby might say.

I would support that 100%. Gov Palin brought energy to the ticket I have not seen in years. Look at the crowds that turned out to see her. She is a rising star in the GOP and probably why all the potshots. Some former candidates know that she would beat them hands down.

She needs to come down to the lower 48 and campaign for candidates in 2010 and collect those IOU’s for 2012.

After the very clever way all the nominees were defamed and McCain was all that was left, I changed my way and attempted to support him holding my nose. McCain is an stubborn foolish old man who is a RINO. Palin held his butt up and I give McCain no credit for the votes the ticket got.

No doubt about it that Sarah helped McQueeg. Let’s see if McQueeg goes back to form in the Senate.

Dear Gov Palin,

Please please please do NOT fill Stevens’ Senate seat if it comes to that.

You are a popular governor and in 4 years nobody can say you would have no experience.

"Palin could also run for another term as Governor in the state where she still enjoys very high approval ratings.

I think she needs to do just that. It would set in stone her undying support of Alaskan's, and the invalidity of the "troopergate" and other leftist, trumped up charges.

That will be in 2010, and if she decides to do something Nationally in 2012, it will be just a feather in her cap (not that she needs it).

Anyone with at least an eye, an ear, and a brain could have figured this out.

I just got a "THANK YOU for your support" email from McCain campaign. I clicked the unsubscribe link and chose the I no longer support Sen McCain. Then I typed them a nice little message as to why I voted for him (because of Sarah, not him since she is a true conservative) and then told them I felt it was disgusting how he hasn't come out and defended her against the garbage of his staffers. Made me feel better--a little

That’s great news! I was hoping the media hadn’t trashed her so bad she wouldn’t have a shot at 2012. I am glad Republicans have retained their common sense and skepticism.

Governor Sarah Palin is the only, repeat only, reason I pushed the button for McCain. Before he picked her for VP, I was having a major internal debate whether I’d hold my nose for McPain or vote third party. I suspect I’m not the only person that feels this way. Miss Sarah is too genuine and too for-real for the Vichy limousine-RINOs, and they aren’t good enough to lick the dust stirred up by her heels.

This is why the MSM is still trashing her. How often has the VP’s name of the losing side been the subject of news articles after the election is over? Most fade into obscurity. They know she’s our future.

Well, I love and respect her...as a Freeper and true conservative, she energized me as she did so many of us. But I don't think WE'RE the issue. Here's what my sister--who lives in Florida and was an early McCain supporter said to me weeks before the election: many of her moderate/independent friends who WERE going to vote for McCain turned away from him after the Palin nomination. I argued with her sating they were just looking for an excuse, but with the results we got on Tuesday, I believe she reported reliable info to me.

I will be happy to change my opinion if you have other stats...

The minute that I saw that Sarah was the candidate for VP, out came my wallet.

McC would have received nothing from me if he had chosen someone else. McC was and is a born loser.

God Bless America and Sarah Palin.
