The electoral college does not meet as a body. The electors from each state meet, usually in the State Capitol and vote. The certified result is sent to Congress where it is opened in joint session in early January. I did not look this up, so corrections are welcome if it is wrong.
It's not that I disagree with him on the very substantive issue about the Kenyan Clown's failure to demonstrate that he is actually eligible to serve as president; until he does so, I will personally refuse to address him as president. I normally try to always use the correct honorific; I use "President Clinton" and "President Carter" even though I don't think that they were good presidents. But until this coke-head actually demonstrates that he meets the constitutional requirement of being a natural-born citizen, I won't accord him the title.
But this guff from Mr. Martin is simply silly puffery of the worst stripe.

The fact that this is an issue should raise everyones suspicions.We never needed to question a president elect qualifications before.We sure as hell ought to this time.
It’s over, Obama won. Maybe not fair but he isn’t going anywhere. Bush won and they said he cheated. Let it go, we had the worst candidate out of Thompson, Huck, Romney, Guliani, Tancredo and more. Even if he was not born here it does not matter he is a Democrat. They have different rules. We all know this.
Martin is appealing to the Republican electors. Even if every one of them went along with his scheme, what would that accomplish? The Demonrat electors have the votes.
Sorry, whatever good the guy might be doing, those four opening words make me think 'legend in his own mind'
