Yes he is. That "other white American" woman was Ruth Nidesand. Now why his name is not Obama, who knows? Perhaps his mother remarried another Kenyan after she divorced the old lech/lush. Apparently wife 1 never knew he had married wife 3 (Ruth). It's not clear if wife 1 knew he had "married" wife 2 (Stanley Ann), assuming that "marriage" was legal anywhere. Assuming there was such a marriage anywhere.

She had another son with BHO Sr, David Ndesandjo, who was killed in a motorcyle accident. Ruth had a third son. Joseph Ndesandjo with her second husbnd, a Tanzanian named Ndesandjo here's his photo.

He went to college just down the road a piece at Trinity in San Antonio, where he lives today.

She wasn't Kenyan, but rather Bostonian.

Her sons, have good claim to US Citizenship, since their mother was an American Citizen, and had lived in the US for 10 years, 5 of which were after the age of 14.

If Barry wasn't born in Hawaii, as claimed, he has a much weaker, in fact zero, claim to be a Natural Born US Citizen, because his mother did not meet all those criteria.

It does indeed, but it's poorly written, since that is her second married name, and she might be a naturalized Kenyan, but she was born in the US.
