don;t cling to false hope my friend.
This win matters certainly, to the people who voted. For the future elections, for the electoral map etc. But it won’t change who is inaugurated.
I am as sad as you, but this loss only shows the republican party that they need to put a strong conservative republican up for the rest of the nation to rally behind. Let them have their win, you know how inept the leaders of the democratic party are. They will cause chaos for a few years and be thrown out on their collective a55es. Then we will reap the benefits with a stronger party more attuned to our Country’s founding fathers beliefs.
Where neighbors lend a hand, not the government.
Where The United States Stands for freedom not acquiescence.
Where you can do what you like and make your own way and enjoy the fruit of your labor without being forced to take care of every person who comes here to take advantage of the system.

Stay vigilant and we as a nation will prevail.

In other words, you have HOPE....and you do not foresee any CHANGE...to resist is futile...be nice to them, and cause no trouble...quietly gather round friends of like mind, and calmly begin laying out the plans for the "future", when the great Newt will mount his white horse and ride valiantly to our rescue....it got to you, did it? The old hope&change?

Yeah, that Patrick Henry really stuck his neck out, what a fool! /s
