This is strange, as the Sec of State for Indiana has DIFFERENT numbers than the CNN site. Hmm.
Anyone know what the deal is?

They just announced on our news that Indiana went for Obama. After much discussion with various people all over the Cook County area, we all had the same experience election day. No Dem signs at the polling place, no Dem electioneering goons handing stuff out, no Dem presence. They knew they had Illinois and I would guess they were deployed to Indiana to “help” swing it to Obama. That’s how they work in Illinois, they take over an area and then move on to the next....

If this election was stolen, like my gut has been telling me, we cannot let it stand.

There are no Marion County (Indianapolis) numbers included in the Indiana totals at the Secretary of State link. I didn’t check all the other counties.
From the SOS web site - “Note: Indiana election results are not yet official. A number of counties have yet to provide their data to the state.”
I don’t hold out too much hope that the supposed McCain lead will stand in Indiana. I’d like to.

According to the link, not all the counties have official results posted. Here's the direct link to Indiana's presidential statewide count by county.
County Results
It appears the following counties are not "official": Crawford, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Park, Posey, Putnam, Spencer, and Whitley are not in (or fully in).
The latest statewide count hasn't changed since last night.
Obama - 1,037,982
McCain -1,115,146
Barr - 24,100
Both
CNN and
AOL results from election night have these numbers:
Obama = 1,367,503
McCain - 1,341,667
Barr - 29,189
Marion County will go heavily for Obama. According to CNN's election night results, it was O with 237,275 compared to Mc with 131,459. I believe Madison, Monroe and Spencer counties will as well, but with less additional total votes as Marion County.

Obama squeaked by in NC with college voters voting early and ACORN.
NC
Obama/Biden (DEM) 49.70% 2,123,390
McCain/Palin (REP) 49.38% 2,109,698

What I find interesting is that according to the SOS site, Indiana has 4,513,593 registered voters and the 2006 census shows total residents of 6,313,520.
