you know what,, thats a smart idea. It only takes one state to do it. Imagine if an Obama had to explain why he wasnt on the ballot in Texas for example. Oe state can basically make it impossible not to be proven.
With so mant Oriental and Mexican illegals here there days, it is almost a certainty to come up again.
