Let’s do our own poll. How many of us were content to sit this election out because a moderate Republican like McCain would have given us the same kind of (big)government as the Democrats? And the only reason we wound up voting at all is because Palin was our only hope to bring some Conservate principle to the ticket.

I am vote #1; how about the rest of you?

Add me to that list.

Only reason wife and I voted “for” McLame was because of Sarah. She’s the real deal, and everyone knows it. That’s what scares them. Sarah will be back, and we will be with her.

She fired me up.

I was not fired up over McCain. Probably would have still voted for McCain, but Palin made it palatable.

I wouldn’t have “sit out” the election were it not for Palin, but I would have voted for someone else — Keyes or Baldwin, maybe. Without Palin, though, no vote for McCain.

There are still some hints of populism in Governor Palin that concern me, so I'm not close to being ready to annoint her as the next Reagan. However, I absolutely voted for Palin in spite of McCain, and wouldn't have bothered casting a vote for president had she (or another actual conservative) been on the ticket.

And I consider Cam-moron and O'Bloviator's smear of Palin to be one of the most disgusting things I've ever witnessed on Fox. It's almost like they're trying to become ms-nbc lite.
