You have a point, but the NAZI’S lost seats in the election prior to Hitler being appointed.

You are correct.

The July 31, 1932 election produced the 230 Reichstag seats I referred to earlier.

In the November 6, 1932 election, the NAZI’s lost 2 million votes and 34 seats.

However, the NAZI’s still received more votes than any other party.

Hindenburg probably should have pushed for a couple more elections given how that worked out. ;)
