The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
NO ONE IS BEYOND IT’S SCOPE ...
The Constitution mandates natural born status.
It also mandates that laws passed by Congress have the full force and effect of the Constitution, as long as there is no conflict with it.
The IRCA Act of 1986 mandates emplyment eligibility verification.
If anyone gets a “pass” it is a direct violation of the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
Laws don’t apply to liberals.
