New Terri Dailies theme...

I will be forever humbled by the lengths Eduardo Verastegui and so many others went to in this election and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for so many FReepers who recognize the absolute importance of life.  Nevertheless, the election is over and we are now engaged in the most critical battle we will ever fight and for that reason we must look forward.

Wash. voters approve assisted suicide initiative

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Voters approved Initiative 1000 on Tuesday, making Washington the second state to give terminally ill people the option of medically assisted suicide.
