WASHINGTON An emotional Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice reveled Wednesday in Barack Obama's election, calling it an "extraordinary step forward" for the nation.
A child of the segregated deep South who became the highest-ranking African-American woman ever in American government and was once considered a potential Republican presidential nominee, Rice called the Democratic president-elect "inspirational" and said his victory was proof of America's promise.

Thank you for your post. Once again, as I mentioned multiple times, these are NOT my rationalizations. I could not give a flip either way what race my President is. I would gladly support Jindal and he is of Punjabi ethnic descent.
My post was simply to give people an alternate point of view FROM the perspective of Blacks. I did not say that one had to agree with it. All I said is this is what it is.
It is like saying New Yorkers like the Yankees. That may bug the crap out of you but it is what it is and all I am doing is stating what New Yorkers think about their favorite baseball team
I'm 71 and have a serious cardiac disease so I may not still be here when the rapture occurs, but I believe that world events are rapidly shaping up for an end times scenario that will pretty closely fit Lindsey's predictions. It could be today or it could be 100 years from now, but I firmly believe that our Lord Jesus Christ will call His Church to meet Him in the air before AntiChrist comes on the scene and all of hell's fury breaks out on this sin cursed world.
I actually find Chuck Missler much more informative. He is a khouse.org. I own all his video series, if you under stand those you have earned a Phd, in my mind.
I had a heart attack at 44 an I am 70 this month. So don't give up.
